Returns and Exchange
We take pride in the quality of our jewelry, but if you discover a manufacturing defect we accept returns within twenty (20) days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and must include all original packaging and receipt.
Steps
To initiate a return, please submit a request to support@apollosterling.com. Ensure you provide the following details:
- Format your email title to be "Claim/[OrderNumber]"
- In the email body include Email Address Used for Purchase and Clear Photos of the Item and Packaging
- Reason for return/exchange
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send back your order. Delivery of return item back to us will be shouldered by the customer. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credits equivalent to your original purchase amount, which can be used on our website for a future purchase.
Terms & Conditions
We allow a one-time return or exchange for all orders placed through our official store. However, returns will not be accepted if the item meets any of the following conditions:
Shows signs of wear or damage, such as scratches, residue, strong odors or stains.
Was purchased on sale or with a discount code. To facilitate restocking - processing time should approximately take 10 days after we receive the product
Important Notes
If you choose to exchange for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the difference. However, if the replacement item is of lesser value, we do not offer partial refunds. Instead, you can add another item to your exchange to match the original purchase amount.
Return shipping costs, including courier fees for pickup or drop-off, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
