What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:

Our Lifetime Warranty safeguards you against any manufacturing defects from the moment your Apollo Sterling piece arrives. If you encounter any of the following issues, we will provide a refund in the form of store credits:

• Breakage or Faulty Components due to manufacturing defects
• Items which arrive damage
• Discoloration or Tarnishing beyond typical wear or due to chemical exposure
• Scratches Beyond Surface Wear: Deep scratches that compromise the integrity of the piece.
• Stone Loss: If a stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect.
• We offer 100% Guarantee for our Sterling Silver Pieces. If proven the item received is not genuine 925 Sterling Silver - we provide a full refund.

What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover:

• Previously Submitted Claims: Claims made using previously submitted photos or documentation.
• Lost or Stolen Items: Theft or loss of the item.
• Intentional Damage: Damage caused by misuse or third-party actions.
• Excessive Wear and Tear: Jewelry subjected to intense misuse, showing damage beyond our manufacturing guarantee.
• If the said item is out of stock we will issue store credits instead.

Jewelry that has been repeatedly misused and shows significant damage beyond what is covered under our manufacturing guarantee.

How to Claim:

To initiate a claim, please email a clear photo of the item, along with your order number and a detailed description of the defect, to support@apolloststerling.com. We will guide you through the next steps. Please note that claims without a photo cannot be processed.

Apollo Sterling’s Right to Decline Claims:

To maintain the integrity of our warranty program, we reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet our criteria for manufacturing defects or fall outside the intended scope of this guarantee. This includes any claims flagged by our team as potentially false or fraudulent, in addition to the previously noted exclusions.
